Position: Collection Tele Caller
Location: Hisar
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for EMI and overdue payment reminders.
- Follow up on pending payments and achieve collection targets.
- Negotiate payment commitments and resolve customer queries.
- Update customer interaction records and payment status.
- Coordinate with the Field Collection Team when required.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections/Tele Calling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with basic computer knowledge.
