Job Title: Senior Human Resources (HR)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources (HR) to lead the HR function and drive strategic people initiatives across the organization.
Candidates from Courier, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Express Distribution industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters
- Oversee training, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and HR operations
- Maintain HR records, MIS, and HRMS reporting





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 8–9+ years of HR experience in mid/senior leadership roles
- Robust knowledge of Labour Laws, Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Courier, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Franchise Operations, or related industries.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
