We are currently hiring for Customer Relationship Officer- Front Office

Experience: 1 Year Above

Responsibilities:

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship officer - Front Office, located in Jubilee Hills, Hyd. CRO will be responsible for managing front desk.



Day-to-day tasks include interacting with patients, addressing their concerns, providing them with information on treatments, and facilitating their journey from initial inquiry to treatment completion.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling
- Handling Front Office
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is an added advantage
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for healthcare-related fields
