Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post and manage job advertisements on various job portals.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT).

Requirements





- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent negotiation and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
