About the Role:
Greenline Windows is looking for sales affiliates to help expand our reach across Kashmir. This is a field-based role suited to people who already have contacts in construction, real estate, or interior work — such as contractors, site supervisors, or trade agents — and can represent us directly at client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Source and bring in leads for window and door orders
- Represent Greenline Windows at the client's site and close the sale
- Follow up with clients and ensure full payment is recovered
Requirements:
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Existing contacts or reach within construction,
real estate, or interior work is a solid plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, with no fixed hours
Compensation:
- 5% commission on every closed order
- Commission released once the customer completes full payment
- No cap on the number of orders you can bring in
Training Provided:
- Product knowledge, industry context, competitor awareness, and how to handle the questions clients commonly ask
