About the role:

We are looking for a result-driven, target-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in the field, builds strong client relationships, and consistently meets or exceeds sales and marketing targets.

Key responsibilities:

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets without fail

· Generate leads and convert prospects through field visits, calls, and follow-ups

· Promote products/services to new and existing clients in the assigned territory

· Maintain a daily activity report and submit timely performance updates

· Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners

· Conduct market surveys and gather competitor insights to support strategy

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery

- Candidates must have prior experience in Sales & Marketing of Water Treatment Plants, RO Plants, Water Purification Systems, STP/ETP Projects, or related water treatment products.
- Knowledge of client handling, lead generation, site visits,



quotation preparation, and closing water treatment projects will be preferred.
- Only candidates with relevant Water Treatment industry experience should apply.

Requirements:

· 1–7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in FBS

· Minimum Higher Secondary or Graduate (preferred)

· Must own a bike with a valid driving licence for daily field work

· Local candidates from the city/district are strongly preferred

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets

Compensation & perks:

· Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month and incentives based on experience and performance
