Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager to lead operations at a leading marble and granite showroom in Chelari. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day showroom operations
- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and client handling
- Maintain product display standards and showroom presentation
- Handle inventory control and coordination with suppliers
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:





- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marble, granite, tiles, sanitary,construction or building material industry.
- Proven experience in team handling and showroom management
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

Salary: Best in the industry (based on experience and performance)

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
