Job Title: Duty Manager – Front Office

Location: The Regenza by Tunga Hotel, Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, with a solid focus on guest satisfaction, front office efficiency, and service standards. This role acts as the hotel’s key point of contact for guests and ensures smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise Front Office operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, billing, and guest requests.
- Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally and promptly.
- Maintain high standards of guest service, grooming, and staff conduct.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Security, Engineering, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor VIP arrivals, special requests, group arrivals, and departures.
- Ensure accurate shift handovers, incident reports, and daily operational updates.




- Support and guide Front Office Associates to achieve service excellence.
- Monitor room status, occupancy, and guest-related operational concerns.
- Ensure hotel policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling guidelines are followed.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in training, scheduling, and team performance management.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
- Experience in Front Office operations; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong English communication and guest-handling skills.
- Smart, confident, and professionally groomed.
- Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS and basic reporting.
- Candidates from Mumbai or Navi Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,160.21 per month
