Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen BC Steps' online presence, generate quality leads, build brand awareness, and support sales through strategic digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, content creation, SEO, email marketing, and website management.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Publish engaging posts, reels and stories.
- Increase followers and engagement.
- Monitor comments and customer queries.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers for creative content.

2. Performance Marketing

Plan and execute paid campaigns on:

- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads

Responsibilities include:

- Audience targeting
- Campaign optimization
- Budget management
- Lead generation
- ROI tracking
- A/B testing

3. Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads from:

- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Builders
- Contractors
- Dealers
- Retail Customers

Track leads through CRM and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.

4. Website Management

Maintain the company website by:

- Updating products
- Uploading blogs
- Improving user experience
- Creating landing pages
- Optimizing page speed
- Monitoring enquiries

5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Keyword research
- On-page SEO
- Technical SEO coordination
- Blog optimization
- Backlink building
- Improve Google rankings

6. Content Marketing

Develop content including:

- Product posts
- Blogs
- Case studies
- Success stories
- Project highlights
- Customer testimonials
- Email newsletters
- Video scripts

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

Create campaigns for:

- Architects
- Dealers
- Builders
- Existing customers

Track:

- Open rate
- CTR
- Conversions

8. Analytics & Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering:

- Website traffic
- Leads generated
- Cost per lead
- Social media growth
- Engagement
- Campaign performance
- ROI

Use:

- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads Dashboard

9. Online Reputation Management

- Monitor Google Reviews
- Respond to customer feedback
- Improve brand ratings
- Handle social media queries professionally

10. Event & Product Launch Promotion

Support marketing campaigns for:

- Product launches
- Dealer meets
- Architect meets
- Exhibitions
- Trade shows
- Corporate events

Create digital promotional material before, during and after the event.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
