Shree Balaji Holdings is looking for service staff (stewards) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in cafés or restaurants.
Role Overview:
You will be part of the front-of-house team, responsible for ensuring smooth service operations and delivering a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Handle basic customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow hygiene and SOP guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality service
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Team player with a positive attitude
