Job Description:

We are hiring a Recruit & Development Manager for our Banking Life Insurance Sales team. The role focuses on recruiting, training, and developing Life Insurance advisors to drive sales performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard Life Insurance advisors

Train, coach, and develop advisors to meet sales targets

Monitor team performance and provide ongoing support

Coordinate with banking partners to drive Life Insurance sales

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit: 25 to 40 years

Qualification: Graduate / Degree and above

Experience: Experience in Life Insurance sales preferred

Salary Package:

₹3 to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience in Life Insurance)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
