Key Responsibilities

- Engage with doctors and other healthcare professionals to execute quantitative & qualitative healthcare market research studies through in-house survey platforms, telephonic/virtual/in-person interviews, and other scientific engagement activities.
- Leverage digital & conventional channels to facilitate efficient HCP outreach, recruitment, and engagement for research and scientific initiatives.
- Identify, profile, and maintain a robust network of national and international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), emerging experts, and relevant healthcare associations across therapeutic areas.
- Coordinate and facilitate KOL participation in scientific activities, including advisory boards, consensus meetings, speaker programs, publications, case studies, reviews, surveys, and educational initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and professional associations to support ongoing scientific and business objectives.




- Support pre-sales and business development activities by gathering physician insights and validating scientific, clinical, and market needs.
- Identify and onboard suitable national and international healthcare associations, societies, and expert groups for collaborative scientific and educational programs.
- Maintain accurate records of stakeholder interactions, engagement activities, and project deliverables while ensuring compliance with applicable industry guidelines and organizational policies.

Experience

- Candidates should have experience in healthcare market research, medical affairs, or scientific engagement roles.
- A valuable understanding of healthcare ecosystems, pharmaceutical communication, or clinical research environments is highly desirable.
- Experience in KOL management, physician engagement programs, or medical surveys will be a strong advantage.

Skills

- Comfortable interacting with physicians and clinical experts.
- Familiarity with digital research and survey tools.
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and extract meaningful qualitative insights.
- Ability to manage both research execution and relationship building.
