- Managing the sales team: Recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating sales staff
- Developing sales strategies: Creating and implementing sales strategies to meet targets and customer needs
- Managing customer relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Analyzing sales data: Analyzing sales data to monitor performance and identify trends
- Communicating with other departments: Working with other departments, such as marketing, research, and design, to identify current customers and understand customer preferences
