Position: Static FEA Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Static FEA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in structural analysis using Altair HyperWorks and OptiStruct. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in finite element modeling, static structural analysis, and result interpretation. Knowledge of Creo for CAD model preparation is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop finite element (FE) models using Altair HyperWorks.
- Perform static structural analysis using OptiStruct.
- Interpret simulation results and recommend design improvements.
- Validate simulation results with design requirements and engineering standards.
- Work closely with design engineers to optimize component performance, weight, and strength.
- Prepare analysis reports and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot analysis issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Support design optimization and product development activities.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Altair HyperWorks and OptiStruct.




- Experience in static structural analysis and finite element modeling.
- Good understanding of engineering mechanics, material properties, and structural behavior.
- Ability to interpret stress, strain, displacement, and factor of safety results.
- Experience in mesh generation, boundary condition setup, and load application.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Creo (CAD modeling) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to design optimization techniques.
- Experience in automotive, industrial equipment, or heavy engineering products is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Static FEA using Altair HyperWorks and OptiStruct.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
