Designation: HR Executive
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: Any Undergraduate Degree (MBA preferred)
Industry Preference: Hospital / Healthcare experience will be an added advantage.

- Workforce Planning and Recruitment
- Employee Orientation, Induction, and Training
- Performance Management and Employee Appraisal
- Compensation and Advantages Administration
- Employee Engagement and Retention Initiatives
- Ensuring Compliance with Healthcare
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinating attendance, leave, and statutory compliance
- Supporting HR policies, procedures, and organizational development
