Job Summary
ARDEM is looking for a results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across operational, professional, and leadership roles. The ideal candidate will identify high-quality talent through structured assessment, strong stakeholder management, and evidence-based hiring decisions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Conduct structured screening interviews to evaluate skills, communication, ownership, and role fit.
- Coordinate assessments, interviews, and hiring manager discussions.
- Prepare concise candidate evaluations with hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and recruitment data accurately.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to meet hiring objectives.
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in BPO, BPM,
- d Services, GCC, or Operations.
- Experience hiring across multiple job functions and seniority levels.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn,
Naukri, Indeed, and ATS/recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Comfortable working remotely and supporting U.S. business hours when required.
Preferred Experience
- Recruitment for Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, Insurance, Logistics, Customer Support, Data Processing, or leadership roles.
- Experience with competency-based interviews, assessments, hiring analytics, and remote hiring.

- Time-to-fill while maintaining hiring quality.
- Strong talent pipeline development.
- Accurate recruitment tracking and positive candidate experience.
