Role & Responsibilities :
5+ years of Solution Manager Technical Experience
Candidate should have basic Understanding in SAP BASIS Technology.
Ideal candidate should be expert in configuring / performing the following tasks.
Solution Manager Basic Configuration:
- System Monitoring and System Administration
- ChaRM
- Service Desk
- Root Cause Analysis
- Quality Management
- Test Management
- Data Volume Management
- Custom Code Management
- Ideal candidate would have handled minimum 1 – 4 End – End implementation / Support projects.
- Ideally candidate should have domain experience of more than 2 Years desirable.
- Candidates should have B.E/B.Tech/MBA/Any Post graduation qualification.
Excellent communication skills.
