Job Summary

Lakshmi Shutter is seeking a proactive and organized Purchase Incharge to manage procurement operations, supplier relationships, inventory planning, and cost optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of materials while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement activities and vendor sourcing processes.

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and procurement terms.

Monitor inventory levels and support material planning activities.

Implement cost control measures and optimize purchasing expenses.

Prepare purchase budgets and support strategic sourcing initiatives.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.

Maintain procurement records and generate reports using MS Excel.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

Any Bachelor's Degree

Experience & Skills

Experience in procurement and vendor management.

Strong supplier negotiation and cost control capabilities.

Knowledge of inventory management and material planning.

Solid MS Excel proficiency.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to read, write,



and communicate in multiple languages.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in Project Sales, B2B Operations, Construction, Engineering, Industrial Products, Manufacturing, or related industries.

Experience in purchase budgeting and strategic sourcing.
