Job Description

Qualifications: B.E/ B.tech – EEE/ECE/E&I;/ Mechatronics or M.Tech – Avionics/ Control Systems.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or 1 month Notice Period preferred.

Job Description: As a Systems Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing EW and RADAR systems for Defence and aerospace. You will work with a team of engineers to create system architectures, specifications, and requirements, and ensure that the systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System design, Documentation, Analysis and Testing - Himshakti and Jammer Project.

2. Experience in Electronic system design, Testing, Documentation, EMI/EMC.

3. Work closely with hardware and software engineers to ensure system integration and compatibility.

4. Conduct system analysis, simulation, and testing to verify performance and functionality.

5. Participate in design reviews, customer meetings, and certification processes.

6. Stay current on industry trends, technologies,



and regulations related to avionics systems.

7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Work Experience

- 3-12 years of experience in EW & RADAR systems design and development.

- Robust knowledge of EW systems, including hardware, software, and communication protocols.

- Defines processes for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.

- Identifies, analyzes and resolves system design weaknesses.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead projects from concept to implementation.
