Job Title: Visual Designer
Location: Kochi Kerala
Salary: 45k per month
Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer with strong video editing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content for digital platforms. This role requires a blend of graphic design, motion design, and video editing to support marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and product storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
· Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and marketing creatives for digital platforms.
· Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.
· Create motion graphics, animated elements, and visual effects to enhance videos.
· Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.
· Maintain brand consistency across all design and video materials.
· Optimize videos for platforms such as YouTube,
Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites.
· Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
· Stay updated with design trends, video formats, and social media best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Experience in visual design and video editing.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
· Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools.
· Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
· Experience creating social media content, ads, reels, and promotional videos.
· Ability to handle motion graphics and basic animation.
· Strong attention to detail and creativity
Nice to Have
· Knowledge of AI-based design tools
· Experience with short-form content ( Reels, Shorts, TikTok- type videos)
