Job Title: Interior Billing Executive / Billing Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Billing Executive to prepare project bills, verify quantities, coordinate with site teams, and ensure timely submission of client and subcontractor bills. The candidate should have experience in interior fit-out projects and knowledge of BOQs, measurements, and billing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Invoices.

Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity calculations, and measurement sheets.

Coordinate with site engineers for work progress and quantity verification.

Prepare subcontractor and vendor bills.

Verify work executed as per approved drawings and BOQ.

Maintain billing records, payment status, and project documentation.

Coordinate with accounts for invoice processing and payment follow-up.

Prepare variation orders, extra item statements, and rate analysis.

Track project billing milestones and ensure timely submissions.

Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.

Maintain billing MIS and project reports.

Support tender quantity take-offs when required.

Required Skills

Knowledge of interior fit-out works.

Experience in client and subcontractor billing.

Good understanding of BOQ, measurements, and quantity surveying.

Knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced), Word, and AutoCAD.





Ability to prepare rate analysis and quantity calculations.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.

Additional certification in Quantity Surveying is an advantage.

Experience

2–5 years in interior fit-out billing, commercial, office, hotel projects.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Timely submission of client bills.

Accuracy of billing and quantity calculations.

Timely processing of subcontractor bills.

Proper documentation and record maintenance.

Minimal billing discrepancies.

Timely preparation of variation and extra item claims.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
