Proposal Writer (US Federal & State RFPs) – Hiring

We are looking for a Proposal Writer with 6–12 months of hands-on experience in writing RFP responses for US Federal and State government opportunities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6–12 months of genuine, practical experience in US Federal/State proposal writing.
- Solid understanding of the RFP lifecycle, compliance matrices, and proposal development.
- Ability to write clear, compliant, and compelling proposal responses.
- Experience working with portals such as SAM.gov, state procurement portals, or similar is a plus.
