Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual hardware test equipment.  Create test plans, procedures, and test specifications for electronic products.  Perform functional, environmental, and reliability testing of hardware assemblies.  Troubleshoot test equipment and hardware failures to identify root causes.  Develop test fixtures, jigs, and custom interfaces for production testing.  Collaborate with R&D;, manufacturing, and quality teams to improve product testability.  Calibrate and maintain laboratory test instruments.  Analyze test data and prepare technical reports.  Support production during new product introduction (NPI).  Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Experience with LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB, or C/C++ for test automation.  Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, or Ethernet.  Experience with boundary scan (JTAG) and functional testing.  Understanding of manufacturing test processes (ICT, FCT, Burn-in testing).



 Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or IPC standards.  Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.  Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
