About the Role

EDWARTENS is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Marketing & Growth Manager to manage our marketing activities, support the marketing team, generate qualified leads and contribute to admissions and business revenue.

The candidate should be creative, target-driven and comfortable handling both marketing strategy and day-to-day campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase enquiries, admissions and revenue.
- Manage and coordinate the digital marketing, content, social media and creative team.
- Generate qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, SEO, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Plan promotional campaigns for courses, bootcamps, workshops and placement programmes.
- Work closely with the admissions team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead and campaign performance.
- Create content ideas for advertisements, videos, reels, student testimonials and social media.
- Build partnerships with colleges, student communities and referral partners.




- Track weekly marketing performance and submit reports to management.
- Take ownership of marketing targets and continuously identify new growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, sales or business growth.
- Skilled beginners with practical digital marketing knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media and lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong communication, creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a small team and work independently.
- Target-oriented mindset with an interest in sales and business growth.
- Experience in education, edtech, training or admissions marketing is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work from the Electronic City office.
