We are looking for a young, energetic, and compassionate Mother Teacher who can create a nurturing, joyful, and engaging environment for our pre-primary learners. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, creative, and aligned with modern teaching methodologies, ensuring holistic development of children.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a mother figure for students, ensuring emotional safety, comfort, and care
- Plan and deliver activity-based, experiential learning sessions
- Foster development in language, motor skills, social behavior, and creativity
- Use smart boards, digital tools, and interactive content to enhance learning
- Maintain a stimulating and child-friendly classroom environment
- Monitor and record each child’s progress and developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child’s growth and well-being
- Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline in the classroom

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT, D.El.Ed., or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)




- Strong love and patience for working with young children
- Creative, energetic, and positive personality
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and modern pedagogy
- Ability to handle children with care, empathy, and understanding

Preferred Skills (Modern Edge)

- Comfortable using smart classrooms, apps, and digital teaching tools
- Knowledge of phonics, Montessori, or play-way methods
- Ability to create engaging worksheets, presentations, and activities
- Social media awareness (for school engagement content is a plus)
