Tap different sources like Consultants- PwC, KPMG, Architects, Lawyers etc who bring proposals as they are in touch with different cilents who have land banks or projects. – The different sectors to look for are

1. Real Estate a. Redevelopment of Residential and commercials i. Target prime urban infill sites, society redevelopment, and SRA projects, focusing on rapid consensus structuring and clear title paths. b. Land acquisition outside MMR regions to be developed as township or plotted development with Partners i. Identify and aggregate contiguous land parcels outside high-cost metropolitan centers (e.g., beyond MMR) for township and plotted development projects. c. Strategic Brand Partnerships: Target and structure Joint Development Agreements (JDAs) or Joint Ventures (JVs) with tier-1 developers (e.g., Prestige, Adani Realty, L&T; Realty, Godrej) to monetize strategic land parcels via brand leverage.

2. Other sectors a. Logistics / Multi Modal Logistics Parks i. Aggregate connectivity-linked land along industrial corridors, dedicated freight corridors (DFCs), and arterial highways.



ii. Partner with institutional platforms and asset managers (e.g., Brookfield, ESR, Horizon Industrial Parks, Hines) to co-invest and scale logistics footprints.Other sectors b. Education parks - Source land parcels near expanding urban nodes catered to institutional, higher-education, and integrated K12 campuses c. Ports - Evaluate coastal and inland port-adjacent parcels for logistics hubs, cold chains, and container freight stations (CFS). d. Semi Conductor - Identify land with high-grade utility capabilities (uninterrupted industrial power, massive water supply, low seismic activity) suitable for assembly and testing facilities. e. Data Centers - Source land near landing stations and high-voltage grid sub-stations with high fiber-density route access f. Co-living - Target high-density student and young-skilled hubs near commercial centers and university districts

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
