Primary Focus

AI/ML Model Development, Fine-tuning, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.

Technical Requirements

Strong proficiency in Python and production-ready, scalable coding practices.
Hands-on experience in AI/ML model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, prompt engineering, AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and tool/function calling.
Experience with Docker, FastAPI, Kubernetes, MLflow, and AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Milvus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Voice AI (Whisper, Deepgram, TTS/STT) and multimodal AI.
Knowledge of LoRA, PEFT, quantization, MCP, AI orchestration frameworks, and GPU/inference optimization.

Project Management & Soft Skills

Experience using Jira for story creation, sprint planning, estimation, bug tracking, and Agile project management.
Strong participation in Agile/Scrum with the ability to independently own, track, and deliver tasks on time.




Solid English communication skills, client collaboration, and end-to-end project ownership.
