About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Team Lead who can lead our marketing team, manage multiple client projects, develop effective digital strategies, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Analytics, Lead Generation, Team Management, and Client Handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team
- Develop digital marketing strategies for multiple client projects
- Plan, monitor, and optimize SEO, Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
- Assign tasks and track team performance and deliverables
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines are met
- Develop lead generation and conversion optimization strategies
- Monitor KPIs including traffic, leads, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions & keyword rankings
- Analyze campaign data and identify optimization opportunities
- Coordinate with SEO, Ads, Content, Design & Development teams
- Conduct regular client meetings and strategy discussions
- Review weekly and monthly performance reports
- Present campaign results, insights, and next-step strategies to clients




- Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain strong client communication and relationships
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes
