Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager / Production Manager to oversee daily production activities in a food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth production operations, maintain quality standards, manage production teams, and drive continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining product quality.
- Supervise production teams and provide guidance to improve performance.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Monitor equipment performance and support preventive maintenance activities.
- Track inventory levels and minimize production wastage.
- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in food manufacturing or production management.
- Strong understanding of food safety and quality systems.
- Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Good leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software is an advantage.
- Hindi communication skills are preferred.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month
