- Generate and follow up on residential, commercial, and industrial solar leads.
- Visit customers to explain solar power systems, products, and their benefits.
- Educate customers about government subsidy schemes, net metering, and financing options.
- Conduct preliminary site assessments and coordinate detailed site surveys with the technical team.
- Prepare and explain quotations under the guidance of the Sales Officer or Sales Manager.
- Follow up with prospects until order confirmation and payment collection.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for project registration and subsidy processing.
- Coordinate with the documentation, project, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily records of leads, customer visits, quotations, and sales progress in the CRM or sales register.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,



dealers, and channel partners.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on project status.
- Assist in organizing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and customer awareness programs.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support after-sales service coordination by connecting customers with the service team whenever required.
- Promote the company's products and maintain a skilled image during all customer interactions.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager.
