We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our manufacturing team.
Position: Plastic Injection Molding – Quality Control / Floor Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production floor activities.
- Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.
- Monitor injection molding processes and implement quality checks.
- Identify and resolve production and quality issues.
- Manage production staff and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain production and quality records and reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Plastic, or Production Engineering (preferred).
- Experience in plastic injection molding and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and inspection methods.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra
