Job Description

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and well-presented Guest Relations Executive to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with experience in guest relations, front office operations, or customer service. The role involves creating a positive experience for guests while ensuring smooth front desk and visitor management operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner.

* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Manage visitor registrations, check-in/check-out, and front office operations efficiently.

* Coordinate with internal departments to address guest requirements and ensure seamless service.

* Maintain accurate guest records and update databases regularly.

* Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.

* Ensure the reception and guest waiting areas are clean, organized,



and presentable at all times.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, Reception, Hospitality, or Customer Service.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office applications.

* Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
