Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and negotiate offers.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.

HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and personnel files.

Employee Engagement

- Organize employee engagement activities and celebrations.
- Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.

HR Compliance





- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate statutory documentation and audits.
- Maintain HR policies and SOPs.

Payroll Support

- Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Verify leave, attendance, reimbursements, and employee records.
- Liaise with the finance/payroll team for salary processing.

HR Reporting

- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics, attrition, headcount, and attendance.
- Generate periodic HR reports for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
