- Carrying out direct sales to achieve sales targets for available units within the development.Initiate calls to customers basis leads received.
- Showcase presentation to clients as per company standards. Negotiations and closing discussions with clients.
- Ability to drive and gain customer confidence on value proposition of the product.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
- Submit daily reports of leads.
- Develop sales pitches.
- Identify, engage, and manage a network of channel partners, as required by management.
Experience:
1. Should have at least 3 years of experience as a Sr. Sales Executive or an Asst. Manager with at least 1 year experience.
2. Should have the ability to lead conversation, conduct site visits and discussions independently.

- Victorino Dalands are in a joint venture in Goa. Victorino Group does developments and contracting for projects. VG have executed flagship projects in Goa; The Capital in Margão, The Sterling Residences, besides many other successfully executed contracting works for the past 12 years.
- The Kadamba project is a 12-acre mixed development aimed at bringing in a destination product to Goa.
- The Sales team will be led by an ex-DLF & Hiranandani Sales VP.
