The Service Advisor acts as the bridge between customers and the workshop team. They ensure smooth communication, accurate job card preparation, timely updates, and customer satisfaction by delivering professional service experiences aligned with brand standards.
1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers and understand their service needs. Provide clear explanations of service processes, timelines, and costs. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
2. Job Card & Documentation: Prepare detailed job cards capturing customer concerns and vehicle details. Ensure proper documentation of service requests, warranty claims, and approvals.
3. Service Coordination: Communicate customer requirements to technicians clearly. Monitor service progress and update customers on status. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles post-service.
4. Quality & Standards: Conduct post-service quality checks before vehicle handover. Promote recommended maintenance schedules and genuine parts usage.

Qualification & Skills
- Education: Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a two-wheeler service environment (brand-specific experience is an advantage).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of two-wheeler mechanics and service processes.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
