Job Title: Collection Executive
Location: Kumbakonam

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up on overdue Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan (HL) accounts.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Conduct field visits and customer interactions as required.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve collection-related issues.
- Maintain accurate collection records and submit regular status reports.
- Adhere to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and collection procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions.
- Ability to achieve collection targets within stipulated timelines.




- Willingness to travel locally for field collection activities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-focused.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in LAP and/or Home Loan Collections.
- Must be a local candidate from the respective hiring location.
- CIBIL score must be above 700.
- No history of absconding from any previous organization.
- Valuable employment stability with relevant collections experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
