Job description:

Quality Control (QC)

- Carry out incoming, in-process, and final inspections as per defined quality standards
- Verify products against specifications, drawings, BOMs, and inspection criteria
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming material (NCM)
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, and quality reports
- Support root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA)

Quality Assurance (QA)

- Follow and support implementation ofSOPs, work instructions, and quality systems
- Assist in maintainingquality documentation and records
- Participate ininternal audits and process compliance checks
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, PDCA, 5S)

Skills & Knowledge

- Sound understanding ofQC & QA concepts
- Knowledge ofinspection methods and basic quality tools
- Exposure toAQL / sampling inspection
- Ability to usemeasuring instrumentsand interpret inspection data
- Working knowledge ofMS Excel / MS Office

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related disciplines
- 3–5 years of experience in QC / QA or a manufacturing / operations environment

Role Expectations & Growth Exposure
This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end quality systems, including inspection, process control, documentation, and continuous improvement. The selected candidate is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency, adherence to standards, and effective implementation of quality practices.
Over time, the role will involve deeper participation in problem-solving initiatives, analysis of defect trends, and support in driving process improvements through structured methodologies. Candidates will gain practical experience in quality reporting, audit support, CAPA implementation, and system-based quality control.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
