Your work profile

- PeopleSoft FSCM Delivery

- Lead implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production support activities across PeopleSoft FSCM environments.
- Provide functional and technical support for:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Purchasing (PO)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Billing
- Contracts
- Asset Management (AM)
- Project Costing (PC)
- Travel & Expense (T&E;)
- Grants Management
- Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production issue troubleshooting.
- Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.

Technical Development

- Design and develop solutions using:
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- Component Interface
- Integration Broker
- Application Packages
- File Layouts
- XML Publisher
- SQR
- PS Query
- SQL

- Develop and support inbound/outbound integrations.
- Design REST, SOAP, JSON, XML based integrations.
- Support third-party integrations involving ERP, payroll, legacy systems, banking systems, and cloud applications.

Upgrade & Transformation

- Lead PeopleSoft PUM and PeopleTools upgrades.
- Perform retrofit analysis and code remediation.
- Support workplace refreshes and migration activities.




- Participate in Workday migration initiatives, data conversion, mapping, interface analysis, and reconciliation activities.

Workflow & Automation

- Implement Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- Develop WorkCenters and Dashboards.
- Automate regression testing using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
- Drive continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.

Leadership & Project Management

- Lead offshore and onsite teams.
- Mentor developers and analysts.
- Conduct code reviews and design reviews.
- Manage project planning, sprint activities, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate UAT, deployment planning, and production releases.
