- Conduct fitness assessments and physiotherapy screenings to understand members' health conditions, fitness levels, and goals.
- Design personalized workout and rehabilitation plans based on individual needs and physical capabilities.
- Guide members on proper exercise techniques and posture to ensure secure and effective workouts while preventing injuries.
- Demonstrate the correct use of gym equipment and monitor members during training sessions.
- Motivate, support, and encourage members to achieve their fitness, rehabilitation, and wellness goals.
- Track, monitor, and maintain records of member progress, providing regular feedback and program modifications when required.
- Identify opportunities to convert gym members into personal training or physiotherapy clients and achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism within the gym at all times.
- Collaborate with the fitness team to deliver an exceptional member experience and support club activities.
- Meet personal training, physiotherapy, and club performance targets set by the management.
