Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the territory.
- Lead and guide a team of Medical Representatives.
- Develop business plans and execute sales strategies.
- Build professional relationships with doctors, distributors and stockists.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely reporting and team performance review.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Science or Pharmacy preferred).
- 3-7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years of team handling experience.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
