Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with outsourced footwear manufacturers for product development and production activities.
- Follow up with vendors on sampling, approvals, production status, and dispatch schedules.
- Track purchase orders and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Merchandising, Quality, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
- Monitor raw material availability and production progress with vendors.
- Ensure product specifications, BOMs, and technical documents are shared accurately with vendors.
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain vendor master data.
- Prepare and update production trackers, order status reports, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
- Follow up on corrective actions for production and quality deviations.
- Maintain documentation related to purchase orders,



approvals, invoices, and vendor communications.
- Ensure outsourced products comply with company quality standards and delivery commitments.
- Assist in cost tracking and vendor performance evaluation.
- Support recent product launches by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in footwear manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, or vendor coordination.
- Experience in outsourced manufacturing is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
