Job Description – Logistics Executive
Department: Logistics & Dispatch
Location: Jewar, Greater Noida
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 3+ Years
Industry Preference: Packaging / Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement.
- Track vehicles until delivery and provide shipment updates.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for dispatch planning.
- Ensure timely dispatch and resolve transportation issues.
- Maintain logistics records and MIS reports.
- Verify vehicle documents and transporter details.
- Coordinate with Dispatch and Warehouse teams for smooth loading operations.
Skills Required
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- ERP/SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.
