Role description

We are looking for a competent and dedicated Medical Officer / Medical Officer (AFIH) to join our team at TMH.

Role Overview :

The ideal candidate should be a skilled medical skilled capable of accurately diagnosing and examining patients, providing effective treatment, and delivering high-quality consultations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough patient examinations and diagnosis
- Manage and treat patients efficiently in outpatient and emergency settings
- Perform routine emergency medicine procedures
- Provide timely and accurate medical consultations
- Handle critically ill patients and stabilize them prior to admission

Skills

-
Proficiency in emergency outpatient procedures such as:

1. Excision of cysts and dermal masses.

2. Peripheral nerve blocks.

3. Removal of foreign bodies

Expertise In :

1. Emergency thoracotomy and open cardiac massage.

2. Standard life support procedures.

3. Moderate sedation techniques.

4. Ultrasound usage.

5. Resuscitation of acutely ill patients & ability to manage critical patients, including ventilator support.





Other details

Qualifications :

- MBBS from a recognized institute (NMC/MCI approved)
- Mandatory: AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) Certification applicable for Medical Officer – AFIH role.
