- Report Generation: Prepare and format high-quality valuation reports in MS Word and Excel using standardized company templates.
- Data Interpretation: Review and interpret "visit sheets" and hand-written notes provided by visit engineers to ensure all property details are accurately captured in the digital report.
- Market Analysis: Conduct basic "comparable sales" and service-level research to support valuation conclusions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate professionally with bankers and clients to request missing documents, provide status updates, or clarify report details.
- Technical Support: Maintain a digital database of all past reports and site photographs for easy retrieval.
- Clerical Duties: General office support, including scanning property documents and organizing physical project files.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
