Nirvaa Solutions is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support operations at the UIDAI Aadhaar Data Centre in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems in a critical data centre environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems within the data centre
- Handle CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, AHUs, and precision air conditioning systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and airflow to ensure optimal conditions
- Attend breakdowns and resolve issues within defined timelines
- Coordinate with electrical and facility teams for smooth operations
- Maintain logs, reports, and shift handover documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in HVAC,
Mechanical, or related field
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance (Data Centre / Facility preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRAC/CRAH, chillers, AHU systems
- Basic understanding of BMS/DCIM systems is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shift-based operations

- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work in critical and high-uptime environments
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month
