Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern who is eager to learn, analyze business needs, interact with clients, and support project teams. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and an interest in IT/business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives.
- Prepare BRDs, SRS documents,
user stories, and process flows.
- Support in project planning, task tracking, and coordination.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis when required.
- Assist in creating wireframes using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or similar.
- Participate in client meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting).
- Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure requirement clarity.
Skill Set Required:
- Robust communication and presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, and Jira (added advantage).
- Understanding of wireframing tools is a plus.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Interest in business analysis, product development, or project management.
