About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Merchandiser to manage product listings, optimize catalog quality, coordinate promotional campaigns, and enhance the online shopping experience across our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, excellent coordination abilities, and a passion for e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications, and images.
- Ensure product catalog quality by maintaining complete and error-free product information.
- Coordinate with vendors, category managers, content, and design teams for timely product launches.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal collections, and homepage merchandising.
- Monitor inventory availability and ensure products remain live and in stock.
- Optimize product visibility through proper categorization, attributes, and merchandising strategies.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and merchandising KPIs to improve conversions.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and assortment trends.




- Work closely with marketing teams for campaign execution and banner updates.
- Generate regular reports on product performance, stock availability, and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in E-commerce Merchandising or Catalog Management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or ERP/PIM systems is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or B2B e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle and inventory management.
