- Contact prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand the customer's financial situation and debt challenges.
- Explain the company's debt management services and available packages.
- Build trust and maintain a professional relationship with customers.
- Handle objections confidently and guide customers toward the best solution.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
- Ensure all required customer documents are collected and submitted.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service and Negotiation teams for a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
