- Assembled Control, Distribution, and Automation Panels according to engineering drawings.
- Installed and mounted electrical components including MCCBs, MCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays, overload relays, timers, VFDs, PLCs, SMPS, terminal blocks, and push buttons.
- Performed internal wiring, cable dressing, ferruling, crimping, and cable termination.
- Read and interpreted single-line diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and panel layout drawings.




- Fabricated and installed busbars with proper insulation and clearances.
- Conducted continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing before final inspection.
- Identified and rectified wiring and assembly defects to ensure quality standards.
- Ensured compliance with electrical safety procedures and company quality requirements.
- Maintained tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
- Assisted the QC department during inspection and testing activities.
