Position Overview

Talent Craft India is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Education Counsellor to guide parents and students in selecting the right learning programs based on their goals and interests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to build trust and convert inquiries into enrollments. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel parents and students regarding Talent Craft India's courses and learning programs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses based on the student's age, interests, and learning goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and admission-related inquiries.
- Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective counselling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent service throughout the admission journey.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- 0–3 years of experience in Education Counselling, Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Support, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi.
- Basic spoken English will be an added advantage.
- Strong counselling, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM software).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the EdTech or Education industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot is an added advantage.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Working Hours

- Full time
- Six-day work week
- Weekly off as per company policy
